New TAF format starting 11/5

Beginning November 5 at 18:00Z, 32 major airports in USA (including DTW and CLE) will be issuing 30-hour Terminal Aerodrome Forecasts (TAFs). Obviously, the TAF format must change to accommodate the extended forecasts. What isn't so obvious is that the format of all TAFs will change at that time, regardless of whether the issuing airport is providing 30-hour forecasts.
